Driving new initiatives. • Statutory compliance. Handling the wages and Compensation and benefits. • Handling union/Labour issues. • End to end employee life cycle management. • Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures. • Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce. • Ensure compliance with HR and Labour policies and procedures.
