Requirements: • Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, ideally with Speciality Coffee expertise -Minimum 3 years . • Certifications in coffee related competitions e.g UAE Barista Championship. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. • In-depth knowledge of Specialty Coffee, including brewing methods and flavor profiles. • Exceptional organizational and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
