The Scope of Work
Prepare BOQ & Take out detail bill of materials as per the Final Shop drawings along with all required accessories.
Review architectural / Civil plans and prepare quantity needs
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at site visits.
Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors
Prepare Shop Drawings.
Qualification
• 5-10 years work experience as QS.
• Knowledge of pre and post contract administration.
• Strong analytic capabilities and the ability to work independently.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English, Arabic knowledge will be advantage.
