List and Market properties to source leads via various channels including calling, messaging, ing, and posting through social media. Assist clients in buying and selling properties in Dubai. Provide expert guidance on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Conduct property viewings and inspections. Prepare and present property listings to potential clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and market conditions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. REQUIREMENTS: FEMALE Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent preferably in Dubai with good sales marketing knowledge. Communication in English, but fluency in any other languages would be a plus including Farsi, French, Arabic, Russian, Chinese and Spanish.
