Requirements:
Fluent in English (reading and writing)
Experience in customer service roles, preferably with a background in sales
Proficient in professional email communication
Skilled in computer usage
Familiarity with sales principles and ability to handle customer inquiries that could lead to sales
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally, with an eye towards potential sales opportunities
Provide support and assistance to customers via calls and emails, including upselling products or services when appropriate
Maintain accurate customer service and sales records
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support, while also achieving sales targets where possible
Qualifications:
Customer service or related experience, with additional experience in sales highly regarded
Strong English communication skills
Computer proficiency
