Job Description: As a Remote Customer Service Representative for T-shirt Source, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding service and support to our valued customers while working remotely from Jordan. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers online, with working hours corresponding to California USA time.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide Outstanding Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, orders, and customization requests via phone, email, or live chat.
• Listen actively to customers' needs and recommend products or services that best meet their requirements.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
2. Process Orders and Transactions:
• Accurately process customer orders, including customizations, sizing, and payment transactions, utilizing our order management system.
• Ensure efficient order processing while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Product Knowledge and Consultation:
• Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including T-shirt styles, printing techniques, and customization options.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on design choices, color options, and printing methods to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
4. Manage Inquiries and Support Tickets:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support tickets received via email, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, shipping details, and order status updates.
5. Collaborate with Team and Production:
• Maintain clear communication with our team in the USA, including the production team, to ensure seamless coordination and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
6. Maintain Online Presence:
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on our website and social media platforms, fostering positive relationships with customers and addressing any concerns promptly.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for order processing and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic design software for basic image editing and customization tasks.
• Excellent telephone conversation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
• Strong email communication skills, with the ability to write professional and engaging messages to customers and colleagues
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience in a remote or virtual environment is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including email, live chat, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible availability to work California USA time (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
