Role & Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure quality control of raw and processed milk products.
• Oversee the formulation, fermentation, and testing of dairy items like yogurt, laban, and pasteurized milk.
• Conduct chemical, physical, and microbiological tests to maintain product safety and quality.
• Collaborate with the production team on product development and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with international food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate lab records and documentation for internal use and external audits.

Skills & Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of dairy chemistry, milk processing, and product formulation.
• Understanding of dairy machinery and processing units.
• Familiar with quality control standards such as HACCP, ISO, and GMP.
• Ability to solve problems related to milk production and preservation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Dairy Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional dairy manufacturing setup.
