Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with property transactions (buying, selling, leasing).
• Conduct property tours, open houses, and client meetings.
• Provide expert advice on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate deals and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Create marketing materials and list properties online and through other channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong client network.
• Stay updated on local property laws and market trends.
Requirements:
• Must have a valid visa (own visa sponsorship).
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Previous experience in real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
