Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily retail operations in outlets
Ensure excellent customer service and staff performance
Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising
Prepare daily sales reports and ensure sales targets are met
Train and motivate sales staff to achieve high performance
Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
