### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive the company van to assigned routes and deliver goods to customers.
- Promote and sell products to new and existing clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate records.
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and delivery.
- Monitor stock levels in the van and restock as needed from the warehouse.
- Generate daily sales reports and submit them to the supervisor.
- Communicate market feedback, customer concerns, and competitor activities.

### **Qualifications and Skills:**
- Proven experience in van sales or field sales, preferably in FMCG or wholesale sectors.
- Valid Bahrain driving license (manual preferred).
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic (an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting product cartons.
