Job Title: Center Administrator / Manager
The Center is seeking a proactive and versatile Administrator/Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, support strategic decision-making, and ensure seamless execution of both routine and project-based tasks. The ideal candidate will act as the organizational backbone of the center, bridging the gap between front desk operations, management, and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Duties:
• • Oversee and execute all administrative tasks required for the smooth operation of the center.
• • Collect and organize data from various departments to prepare reports for management on a weekly and monthly basis.
• • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of internal SOPs and ensure adherence across all staff.
• • Act as the backup for front desk duties in the event of staff absence or increased demand.
Contractor & Vendor Coordination:
• • Source, evaluate, and coordinate with contractors or freelance professionals for services such as marketing, maintenance, photography, software support, and interior work.
• • Negotiate terms and monitor the performance of selected vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
Management & Project Support:
• • Conduct internal team meetings and follow-up on assigned action points.
• • Collaborate with practitioners and the front desk to identify gaps in operations and implement solutions.
• • Research and propose candidates or agencies to fulfill specialized roles or missing tasks (e.g. content creation, IT integration, design work).
• • Track deadlines, costs, and performance for ongoing projects to ensure alignment with the center’s strategic goals.
Client-Facing & Brand Support:
• • Represent the center in client-facing interactions if needed.
• • Ensure the center’s brand tone and experience is maintained across communication channels, physical space, and third-party collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• • Proficient with office software (Word, Excel, CRM systems).
• • Previous experience in administration, operations, or project coordination.
• • Ability to independently initiate, manage, and follow through on tasks.
