Job Title: Community Leader – Mobile App Promotion
Location: Across Oman
Working Hours: 9 Hours / Day (Target-Based)
Nationality Requirement: Only Indian and Pakistani Nationals
Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, outgoing, and self-motivated Community Leaders to promote and drive engagement for our mobile application within local communities. This is a field-based, target-driven role requiring a strong local network, communication skills, and the ability to build trust among users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote the mobile app within your community and assigned areas.
• Conduct outreach activities including door-to-door promotion, local events, and community meetups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly user registration and engagement targets.
• Educate users about the app features, benefits, and usage.
• Collect user feedback and report insights to the marketing team.
• Build and manage a strong local network of app users and brand advocates.
Requirements:
• Nationality: Only Indian and Pakistani nationals will be considered.
• Age: 20 – 40 preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, Urdu, or local languages.
• Strong influence in local communities or social circles.
• Must own a smartphone and be familiar with using mobile applications.
• Willingness to work in a field-based, target-driven environment for 9 hours/day.
• Previous experience in community outreach, sales, or promotions is a plus.
