Job Summary:
The Finance and Accounting Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial policies and procedures.
