Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to support our recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews)
Maintain employee records and documents
Support onboarding and offboarding
Handle employee queries and administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
3-5 years experience in an HR role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Knowledge of labor law in Oman is preferred
