We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, greet visitors, manage phone calls, and support the daily operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and clients in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars when required
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Coordinate with other departments when needed
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Office Management or similar is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service orientation
Fluent in English
