Job Title: Salesman – Gift Shop
Location: Ibri, Oman
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Salesman to join our gift shop in Ibri. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain store operations, and contribute to a pleasant shopping experience. The candidate will be responsible for the running the entire shop.
Salary & Benefits:
• Gross Salary: 140 OMR – 170 OMR (based on experience, finalized after interview)

• Overtime Pay: Additional hours and holiday work compensated accordingly
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection through personalized recommendations.
• Address inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure high service standards.
• Process returns/exchanges following store policies.
• Demonstrate different gift items to the customers.
2. Sales & Operations:
• Operate POS systems, handle cash/card transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and new arrivals to assist customers effectively.
3. Store Maintenance:
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing through proper merchandising.
• Restock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with opening/closing duties.
Working Hours:
• Full-time schedule: 11 hours/day
o First Shift: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
o Break: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
o Second Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Schedule may vary with prior notice based on business needs.
Additional Requirements:
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory management.
• Candidate should have knowledge of Arabic language.
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, ideally in gift shop.
