We are seeking a proactive and professional Operations Company Representative to represent our company's operations in Misurata city. This is a remote position that requires regular client visits to discuss and communicate on our behalf. As the representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and upholding our company's reputation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients in Misurata city. 2. Schedule and conduct regular client visits to discuss our company's offerings and gather feedback. 3. Act as our company's representative, effectively communicating our mission, values, and objectives to clients. 4. Uphold the company's reputation and deliver a high level of customer service at all times. 5. Ensure all client queries, concerns, or issues are promptly addressed and effectively resolved. 6. Regularly report on client meetings and operations updates to the company's management team. Requirements: 1. Must own a personal laptop. 2. Excellent English writing and comprehension skills. 3. Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Resides in or near Misurata city. 8. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
