Job Description1- Providing technical support: – Receiving and logging customer inquiries and technical support requests via phone, , or support ticketing system. – Diagnosing and resolving technical issues faced by customers, including connectivity, installation, speed, and others. – Providing guidance and technical support to customers for resolving simple problems and configuring the necessary hardware and software for using internet services. – Collaborating with the engineering team to implement new network and hardware installations. – Ensuring that installations are carried out according to specified standards and specifications. – Recording and documenting all inquiries and technical support cases in the support ticketing system. – Analyzing and evaluating support cases and determining repair priorities based on defined standards. – Providing regular updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries and progress in resolving technical issues. 2- Network configuration and maintenance: – Assisting in analyzing customer needs and configuring the required hardware and applications for providing internet services. – Working in collaboration with the engineering team to install and configure the necessary network and network devices. – Monitoring network performance and analyzing data to improve performance and identify and resolve technical issues. – Documentation and reporting: – Documenting all cases, procedures, and configurations related to customer support and the network. Preparing periodic reports on network performance, support issues, and recommendations for improving services. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Understanding of networking technologies and wireless internet concepts, including network protocols, wireless devices, and operating systems used in wireless networks.Problem-solving abilities: Analyzing and diagnosing technical issues related to wireless internet service, providing efficient solutions promptly.Familiarity with network equipment used in delivering wireless internet service, such as routers, access points, antennas, and routing equipment.Communication and customer service skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers are vital. The engineer should be capable of explaining technical concepts in an understandable manner and providing technical support with politeness and expertise.
