Job Description Providing onsite and remote support to end users.Logging and tracking support tickets and incidents.Maintaining best practices in IT operations and service desk, including incidents, problems, and access management.Following up with incidents and issues until user satisfaction is achieved. Building and administrating an IT knowledge-based library.Installing and configuring VPN clients according to customer policies and procedures. Patching servers and updating operating systems and applications.Providing outstanding phone, , and web chat-based technical and account services support to customers.Preparing and submitting incident reports to direct manager.Managing user accounts according to internal onboarding/offboarding processes.Collaborating with the applications team to provide necessary support for business applications and Microsoft Windows (Operating System – Windows). The Successful Applicant Preferably a Microsoft Certified Professional.Should have at least 2+ years of experience in IT operations and service desk.Experience with Microsoft servers, SQL servers, and Active Directory.Knowledge in Cisco networks and firewalls.Good knowledge in Office365 and Azure portal.
